We the subscribers, inhabitants of school district No. 6, hearby promise to give whatever is annexed to our respective names in aid of the famishing and starving populations of Ireland and Scotland to be delivered to H. W. Taft, Eleazer Warner & Samuel Dunlap, a committee appointed to take charge of said contributions, as shall be made and forward, them to Boston, to be shipped to their place of distribution, at such time and place, as said committee, shall hereafter designate. Said contributions may be made in grain of any kind peas, beans, well cured beef or pork, clothing, second hand, or new, or in money.
