Online Collection
Welcome to the Swampfield Historical Society's online collection. The society holds several thousand artifacts, most of which are in storage. A small portion of our artifacts are on display at our museum in the former Graves Memorial Library building on Main street. The collection spans the period from prehistoric thru indigenous first nations, Western European colonization, Eastern European immigration and up to present day events. The sampling of items on this site represent a small cross section of our total holdings. All of the images and text here are being photographed, scanned and uploaded by volunteers. This is a massive undertaking which will continue for some time. Feel free to request items you would like to see online, and we will search for any available artifacts. We are always soliciting for Sunderland-related artifacts from our viewers. Please see the How to Donate Items page for more information.
